The minimum quantity depends on the item(s) you are enquiring about.
Due to set-up and manufacturing costs, we are unable to take on low quantities for certain items.

The minimum quantity for our range of headwear is 15 per style.

The minimum quantity for custom tees, singlets & tanks is 5 for WHITE.
The minimum quantity for BLACK tees is 50.

The minimum quantity for stubby coolers and coasters is 50.

For all other items please get in touch with us to find out minimum quantities.

We don’t have a set price for their custom apparel.
Every job is different!

Your total price will depend on a range of factors, including:

• The number of items you are wanting
• How detailed your design is
• The amount of colours involved
• The stitch count for embroidery
• Artwork costs if required
• Your location for shipping

The more units you order, the cheaper your total unit cost will be.

We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
All we require is the item(s) you are wanting, the quantity, your logo/artwork and the city you want the items sent to.
After we receive this information, you will be provided with an accurate quote for your selected items.

In order to guarantee the highest quality product, we require a high-resolution file of your design.
Please make sure your image is not a screenshot or pixelated. .ai , PDF, PNG and JPEG high quality files are preferred.
Once you have sent your initial enquiry, an our team member will contact you via email for your artwork and any other details they may require.

Our team has an in-house graphic design team that can create a logo or artwork if required.
You will be charged an artwork fee that will be automatically added to your final invoice.

Once you have confirmed your items, we will email you an invoice for the full cost of your items plus gst and shipping.
You can pay via PayPal or transfer the amount into the bank details provided.
We will not begin making your items until full payment has been received.

We typically allow up to 3 weeks from time of payment to receiving your items.
We will always aim to have your job completed as soon as possible so you can enjoy your brand-new items without delay.
Depending on your location, the turnaround time may vary due to Australia Post’s delivery times.
You will be provided with a reference number to track your order to your doorstep!
